Privacy Policy
No accounts, no tracking cookies. Here is exactly what the PumpTrending console stores, and what it does not.

In one paragraph
You do not sign up for PumpTrending, so we never hold a profile on you. We do not set tracking cookies and the pages carry no ad or analytics scripts. What we do keep is the minimum needed to run a trending package: the token you ordered for, the package you picked, the payment address we showed you, and the request logs every server writes.
Data that reaches our server
Each item below is sent only when you use the feature it belongs to:
- Mint lookups. The contract address you paste goes to our server, which returns the token name, ticker, image and its recent trading figures.
- Board comparison. To compare your token with the Pump.fun trending board, our server asks Pump.fun for that mint's public trades and holder count. Nothing about you is attached to that request.
- Orders. Reaching the payment step, or pressing the button that says you have paid, stores one line: time, token address, package settings, fee and the payment address you were shown.
- Payment watching. The console asks our server for the latest transactions on the payment address. Those transactions are public on Solana anyway.
- Request logs. Our web server notes IP address, browser string, page and time for each request. We read them to stop abuse and to debug.
- Support messages. Email you send us is kept as a thread. A question sent through the help bubble is forwarded to our team chat on Telegram together with the handle or email you typed; it is not written to our own disk.
Data that never leaves your device
Your saved orders and any configuration link you copy live in your browser's own storage. A reply file you load is read by your browser to count and preview its lines and is not uploaded. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.
Services we rely on
Token details come from Solana RPC providers, Pump.fun and public token indexes, queried with the contract address only. Images are loaded through our own server, so your browser never connects to those image hosts. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and handles the traffic in transit. Telegram carries help-bubble messages as described above. We sell nothing to anyone, and we share nothing for marketing.
Why we keep it
To run the packages people pay for, to match a payment to the right order, to answer support questions and to keep the service working and safe. Not for advertising and not for profiling.
For how long
Order lines stay for as long as we may need to support that order or keep business records. Request logs rotate out on a fixed schedule. Support threads are kept while they are still useful.
Asking for a copy or deletion
Email support@pumpfuntrending.net and tell us which token or payment the request is about. We will send what we hold or delete it. Two things are outside our reach: records we are obliged to keep, and anything written to the Solana blockchain, which no one can erase.
When this page changes
If we start collecting something new, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. The rules for using the service are in the Terms of Service.
